Honest ingredients

Two ingredients.
Nothing else.

Every jar we make is two things: raw honey, and a single whole spice or botanical: a vanilla bean, saffron threads, a habanero, a rose petal.

That's it. No thickeners, no flavorings, no corn syrup. Each batch is infused slowly in small open jars, sealed the same day, and labeled by hand.
