Hibiscus
Whole hibiscus petals
Honey · Collection · 4 Jars
A bolder, garden-forward four: Hibiscus, Vanilla, Habanero and Ginger, with real petals and peppers in the jar.
Ships from Amazon. Dear Nature doesn't checkout here. We just make the honey.
What's inside: four jars
Every jar starts from the same raw honey. Clean, slow. Then we steep each one with a single botanical or spice. What you taste is the ingredient, slowed down.

Whole hibiscus petals

Vanilla bean

Whole habanero pepper

Fresh ginger root

How it's made
Nothing is added to make the flavor arrive faster. The ingredient goes in whole and the honey does the rest.
Every jar in the box starts from the same honey base.
A single spice or botanical goes in whole: whole hibiscus petals, a vanilla bean, fresh ginger root, a whole habanero.
It steeps in small batches. No artificial flavors, no preservatives, nothing else in the jar.
How to use it
Petals and peppers in the jar. This is the box for people who already like honey and want it to argue back.
01
Habanero against sharp cheddar. The pairing that sells the box.
02
Ginger on a warm buttermilk biscuit, and not much else.
03
Hibiscus, which turns it faintly pink and properly tart.
04
Habanero into a glaze for chicken wings or roasted carrots.
Good to know
The things you'd otherwise leave the site to find out. If it's printed on the jar, it should be printed here.
Contains no common allergens. Not suitable for children under 12 months, as with all honey.
